All of our homes are visited individually by our accommodation team, carrying out on-going check-ups to ensure that the highest homestay standards are maintained by all of our host families.
All guests will have their own rooms, with desk, lamp and wardrobe facilities as well as their own key to the house or apartment. Hosts will provide one wash every week and clean bed linen on a weekly basis.
We will ensure that all our host families accommodation is within 15/20 minutes to underground or Rail stations to central London. Our families will offer 3 different standards of accommodation;
|Comfort||Mainly zones 3, 4 and 5, this accommodation will be an excellent standard accommodation within pleasant residential areas. Having Easy access to London Underground, British Rail networks, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatres|
|Superior||Mainly zones 2, 3 and 4, this accommodation will be of a higher standard within pleasant residential areas. Having Easy access to London Underground, British Rail networks, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatres. Some with the additional benefit of a private bathroom.|
|Executive||Mainly zones 1 & 2 and will be of a very high standard of Homestay accommodation. Based in prestigious and central locations within easy reach of London’s best shops, City sights, nightlife, West End theatres etc|
Once you have selected which accommodation you would like we will ask you to select which meal option would best suit you during your stay:
|Self Catering||Guest prepares all their own meals and has a dedicated storage area for food in the host’s kitchen. Dedicated times for use of kitchen to be decided with host family.|
|Bed and Breakfast||Breakfast – Cereal, Toast, Spread, Tea/Coffee, Juice. Guests will also be given access to the use of the kitchen to make light meals. However there will be no access to the oven to prepare meals.|
|Half Board||Breakfast – Cereal, Toast, Spread, Tea/Coffee, Juice,
Evening Meal – Main meal to include a meat or fish dish (depending on diet), and eaten with host family. Guests will also be given access to the use of the kitchen to make light meals, however this will be at the discretion of the family with no access to the oven to prepare meals.
|Full Board|| Breakfast – Cereal, Toast, Spread, Tea/Coffee, Juice, Packed lunch – Will include sandwiches, drink, some fruit and a packet of crisps.
Evening Meal – Main meal to include a meat or fish dish (depending on diet) to be eaten with host family.
Clients are asked to pay 2 weeks in advance of their stay with all payments made through bank transfers. Cancellation of bookings will be refunded if reported within 30 days before departure. There will be no refund on cancellations made less than 7 days before the commencement date of the intended stay.
